The 56th International Contest of Habanera and Polyphony of Torrevieja came on the night of Monday July 26 to Ecuador with the participation of four choirs from Lithuania, Serbia, Buenos Aires, for the first time in this edition, one from Spain in particular the Basque Country.

He began his performance the Choir Mixo Plunge Alytus, Lithuania, under the direction of Alfonso Vildziunas, followed by Gaudeamus Koral, of Guernica-Lumo (Biscay), with Julia Foruria the front. After the break it was the turn of the coral Belcanto compete in the capital of Serbia, led by Nada Vukovic-Djokic, ending the evening with the Chamber Choir Adrogué of Buenos Aires, led by Marcelo Ortiz Rocca.
